If you want to go on an adventure or get lower prices than a taxi, you can take the train from Nice or Milan to the residency. The price ranges from €10 to €30. The destination should be the Arma di Taggia train station. Bus 16, which goes from the coast to the residency, stops in multiple places on its way, but I would mention two important or convenient ones - in front of the Arma di Taggia train station on the same level as the trains, and in the centre/near the beach. Just like in front of the train station, there is no proper signage at the stop in the city centre for a given route or stop - there is just a pavilion, but other buses also stop at both stops and this marks the right place. If you see a bus, you should move to the side of the road and signal with your hand.
