The auction record for Malle Leis’ works was last broken in the spring of 2026, when her 1983 painting Sandra and Chateau de Tarascon sold for 100,000 euros at the Allee Gallery’s spring auction. This is also the all-time auction price record for an Estonian woman artist.
Malle Leis’ previous record: in November 2025, her 1990 work Portrait of Artist Raul Meel was sold also at an Allee Gallery auction for a hammer price of 58,000 euros.

The Malle Leis Estate also supports the YouTube channel Välja sõit/Fieldnotes, which covers various phenomena, artists, independent galleries, and other developments in the Estonian art scene and beyond.
The creator, host, and director of the channel is Sandra Jõgeva.
Välja sõit/Fieldnotes is available with Estonian and English subtitles.
