Sales and Return Conditions
The owner of the online store malleleis.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Malle Leis Estate OÜ (registration code 17019386), located at Nõmme tee 48-45, Kristiine district, Tallinn, Harju County, 13425.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product, and Price Information
The sales conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store. The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products.
Domestic transport within Estonia is free, except in exceptional cases where the buyer's special requests exceed the usual delivery scope. In such cases, the Online Store will inform the buyer of any additional charges before confirming the order, and the buyer has the right to cancel the order if they do not agree with the additional charges.
Delivery outside Estonia is based on a separate agreement. The buyer must contact the Online Store to agree on the delivery conditions and charges.
Information about the products is provided directly with the products in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled out, and a suitable delivery method must be selected. The total amount will then be displayed, which can be securely paid through the following payment methods:
Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele
Visa/Mastercard card payments
NB! When paying via bank link, make sure to click the "Return to merchant" button on the bank's page.
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payments are made outside the Online Store in a secure environment – for bank link payments in the secure environment of the respective bank and for credit card payments in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the buyer's bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the Online Store's bank account.
The owner of the Online Store is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity and the paid money (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.
Delivery
Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. In exceptional cases, the right is reserved to deliver the goods up to 45 calendar days.
Delivery outside Estonia is based on a separate agreement. The buyer must contact the Online Store representative to agree on the shipping conditions and delivery times.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as is allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a free-form application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods, along with a reason, must be submitted and sent to the email address within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except if the reason for the return is that the item does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal application or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the said period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal application, refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the free domestic delivery offered by the Online Store, which incurs additional costs, the Online Store is not required to refund the additional costs exceeding the cost of the free delivery.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
Right to File a Complaint
The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer that was present at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within two years of delivery to the buyer. Within the first six months of delivery to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. The Online Store is responsible for proving otherwise.
The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months of discovering a defect by sending an email to info@malleleis.ee or calling 5543961 or 56694920.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

The Online Store forwards personal data to companies providing transport services to deliver the goods.
